How Loyalty Rewards Works

Membership: While the Rewards Program is in operation, customers are automatically enrolled in The Bone Store Reward Program when a customer’s first and last name, telephone and email address are put on file and a qualifying purchase is made in any of our stores. Accounts will be identified by the email address and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all account information, including the email address, is input correctly. Only one account per email address is allowed and accounts cannot be combined or transferred.
Earning Rewards: Rewards can be considered “points” when accruing and “Coupons” after a Reward Certificate is issued. Thus, for the purpose of this Program, Rewards include both Points and Coupons. Customers will earn ten Reward Points for every one dollar of net purchases made. Qualifying purchases that are later returned will negate any Reward Points accrued for that purchase. Rewards will not accrue when combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion. Accounts in default will be prohibited from earning rewards and may forfeit any accrued awards. Additionally, customers may be disqualified from participation in the program and all rewards eliminated if fraudulent activity is found.
Using Rewards: Reward Points are redeemed and converted to Reward Coupons when Points accrue to a $10 or more value. Reward Coupons are sent via email to the account email address on file in $10 increments with a maximum Reward Coupon of $100. Remaining Points will stay on the account and either continue to accrue with qualifying purchases or roll over into another Reward Coupon under the same terms and conditions if a minimum of 10 Points are on the account. Reward Coupons will generate between 30 and 60 days of accruing and expire after 60 days of issuance. Reward Coupons not received due to an incorrect or invalid email address will not be reissued. Unused Points will expire after 25 months unless a qualifying purchase is made during that time. Points cannot be used retroactively on previous purchases nor will points accrue on purchases made without being enrolled. Reward Coupons hold no cash value and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
Right to Change/Modify/Cancel: The Bone Store reserves the right to cancel, modify, restrict, waive, or terminate the Rewards Program or any aspects or features of the Program at any time without prior written notice.
